A wonderful experience, I left there with the trip contract. They made it very easy for me, the lovely girl.

After waiting more than half an hour I had to leave, they have 7 stalls and only 2 were served. A disaster

The worst experience with a travel agency. We had a problem and they didn't help us at all. We were neglected at all times.

Very negative experience. I go to request a quote and I find: 1/ While the girl is trying to find alternatives to what I requested, another client calls and leaves me waiting for about 15 minutes (while I find out about the entire conversation) 2/ The computer system fails and in the meantime the girl has to call to ask for a solution. It turns out that the prices the girl has to offer me are not real according to the computer program. 3/ I go to get advice and the girl asks me if I have seen any hotels. I tell him about 2 of which I had already seen, and in summary what he does is give me the budget on a piece of paper written in pen for those two hotels. Summary: waste of my 45 min time going here. I think I will never return

Very professional. Good information a lot of patience 🙏. They should hire more people for these pre-vacation dates. Good travels.
